REQ185009Sydney Local Health District is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our Dermatology Department team at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital!Do you have an excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills with experience in the provision of administration and reception services?The role is required to deliver a high standard of daily organisation to the Dermatology Outpatient Unit. This position organises patient appointments, billing, acts as a receptionist to patients and visitors to the unit, provides key administrative support and comprehensive secretarial support to the Dermatology Unit and other Ambulatory Care clinics located within Gloucester House as required, to ensure the smooth operation of daily office functions and ensure efficient service delivery. The administrative assistant is responsible for the efficient running of the dermatology clinic, coordinating patients booked for procedures, liaising with doctors for referral triage and scheduling appointments. The successful applicant will have a friendly and professional phone manner with excellent customer service skills and experience.This position requires the ability to participate in a Monday-Friday roster.What you will get in return...
