Administration Officer - Medical Records
Sunnybank Private Hospital is seeking a full -time Administration Officer. Working within the Health Information Services Department the role will report to the Senior Health Information Manager and will be responsible for providing medical records support. Key functions will include:
Retrieve, track and archive medical records
Filing of patient correspondence into medical records
Process request for patient information to other health care providers
About You
You will enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment, have excellent attention to detail and good communication skills. You will be organised, enjoy working with a level of autonomy, able to follow instructions and carry out required tasks efficiently .To be successful in your application, you will:

Have excellent understanding of Australian Privacy obligations
Have demonstrable experience in medical records administration
Have excellent computer literacy and experience in using WebPAS or other specialised computer based systems
Be able to appropriately manage competing priorities
Previous hospital administration experience is preferred but not required
